Acceptable Use Policy

No unlawful use
ShipmentSync must not be used for unlawful activity, fraudulent activity, regulatory evasion, or any use that violates applicable transportation, privacy, commercial, or employment laws.
No unauthorized access attempts
Users must not attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or networks without authorization, and must not bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or security controls.
No abusive automation
Users must not use abusive scraping, bots, load testing, spam, or automation that disrupts ShipmentSync or other users.
No uploading malicious content
Users must not upload malware, malicious scripts, harmful files, or content designed to compromise systems or data.
No misuse of personal data
Users must not collect, process, disclose, or store personal information through ShipmentSync without a lawful basis and appropriate permissions.
Enforcement rights
ShipmentSync may suspend or restrict access, remove content, investigate misuse, preserve records, or take other actions needed to protect the service, customers, users, and the public.
